She also has 5 years of experience as an operations manager, specializing in managing dental practices and improving efficiency. Sarah has a proven track record of growing practices and has taken them from $500,000 to $1 million in revenue. Additionally, she brings 15 years of orthodontic dental assisting experience to our organization. With her deep knowledge in these areas, Sarah is committed to optimizing practice performance to meet the needs of our patients and professionals.
Courtney Wallin
Our co-founder has 15 years of experience in dentistry. She is well-versed in various aspects of the field, including dental assisting, expanded functions dental auxiliary, and orthodontic assisting. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, obtained from Youngstown State University. Her previous role as the president of ODHA reflects her leadership skills and dedication to the dental hygienist profession. With her vast experience, strong educational background, and leadership abilities, Courtney is committed to driving positive change in dentistry.
